It’s likely you already know quite a bit about what you need to do to manage stress and stay resilient. But sometimes when we most need to act on what we know, we have the least energy to do it. There is good news though. Take heart. There are many very small strategies that have been proven to have a high return on reducing anxiety and increasing joy in living, even in the world as it is. This 90-minute virtual workshop will:

  1. Share (and practice) newly research-based strategies for building resilience and how to easily incorporate them into your routines without adding burden to your day
  2. Offer self/peer-coaching questions effective in redirecting your thinking (about stress, drama, all-or-nothing thinking, perfectionism – you know, the noise in our heads that narrates our lives)
  3. Increase your self-awareness of your own unique gifts that shore you up when you are challenged
