As the Associate VP of Resource Team at Atrium Health, I oversee the daily operations and strategic planning of the Resource Team, which provides flexible and reliable staffing solutions for various units and departments across the organization. With over 15 years of experience in the hospital and health care industry, I have developed and demonstrated strong skills in nursing, customer service, leadership, team building, and recruitment. My mission is to ensure that our Resource Team delivers high-quality, patient-centered, and cost-effective care, while also supporting the professional growth and development of our nurses.
