With over 15 years of experience in the hospital and health care industry, I have developed and demonstrated strong skills in nursing, customer service, leadership, team building, and recruitment. My mission is to ensure that our Resource Team delivers high-quality, patient-centered, and cost-effective care, while also supporting the professional growth and development of our nurses. I am passionate about creating a positive and collaborative work environment, where we can share best practices, learn from each other, and celebrate our achievements.
